If you’re not happy with your order, please send the items back for an exchange or store credit.
Customers cover the shipping costs to return items to us for returns or exchanges. We’ll pay for shipping your replacement order to you.
- All returns must be completed within 90 days of your order date with a filled-out returns form.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- You can choose an exchange, repair, refund or store credit under the Consumer Guarantees Act if items don’t meet specifications, descriptions, are unsafe or defective.
- If no notification is provided within 90 days after delivery that items don’t meet specifications or descriptions, the items are considered accepted in good condition.
- It’s not considered a defect if we reasonably determine that a product has become unacceptable quality after purchase due to normal wear and tear, misuse, not following care instructions, abnormal use or lack of proper care.
